These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Kids Cricket League website, registration services, trial participation, payment process, and related activities of Kids Cricket League (“KCL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), managed by LeagueCraft Sports Management.

By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, making payment, or participating in any KCL activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. About Kids Cricket League

Kids Cricket League is a cricket development and league platform created for young cricket players. KCL may conduct player registrations, trials, selections, auctions, team formation, matches, events, ceremonies, broadcasts, promotions, and other related cricket activities.

KCL is managed by LeagueCraft Sports Management.


2. Eligibility

Player eligibility may depend on the age group, tournament category, trial format, documents, and rules announced for the specific season/event.

For minor players, registration must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

By registering, the parent/guardian confirms that:

KCL reserves the right to verify age, identity, documents, and eligibility at any stage.


3. Registration

Users must submit accurate and complete details during registration.

Registration may require:

KCL may reject, hold, or cancel any registration if the submitted information is incomplete, false, misleading, duplicate, or violates KCL rules.


4. Registration Fee and Payment

The registration fee, if applicable, will be displayed on the registration or checkout page before payment.

Payment may be collected through online payment gateway providers such as Razorpay or any other authorized payment service provider.

Registration or payment does not guarantee:

Selection, if applicable, will be based on KCL’s evaluation process, eligibility rules, trial performance, team requirements, and management decisions.

The decision of KCL management, selectors, coaches, or authorized officials will be final.


6. Digital Delivery

KCL registration is a virtual service.

No physical product is shipped as part of standard registration. Registration confirmation and updates may be delivered digitally through website, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or other official communication channels.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, duplicate payment, payment failure, and refund requests will be handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Users must contact KCL Helpdesk with complete payment and registration details for any refund-related request.

KCL reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.


8. Trial and Event Participation

Players and parents/guardians must follow all instructions shared by KCL regarding:

KCL may change trial dates, venues, schedules, reporting times, or event format due to operational requirements, ground availability, weather, permissions, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances.


9. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, guardians, team owners, coaches, support staff, and attendees must maintain discipline and respectful behavior during KCL activities.

The following conduct may lead to warning, suspension, disqualification, or cancellation of registration:

KCL management reserves the right to take disciplinary action where required.


10. Age Proof and Document Verification

KCL may ask for age proof, Aadhaar card, birth certificate, school ID, passport, or any other valid document for eligibility verification.

Submission of false, incorrect, edited, misleading, or fake documents may result in immediate disqualification.

In such cases, refund may not be applicable.


11. Health, Fitness, and Safety

Cricket is a physical sport and may involve risk of injury.

By registering and participating, the parent/guardian confirms that the player is physically fit to participate in cricket trials, practice sessions, matches, or related activities.

KCL may provide basic coordination or assistance in case of injury or emergency, but KCL will not be responsible for personal injury, medical expenses, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.

Parents/guardians are advised to ensure that the player participates with proper cricket gear, safety equipment, hydration, and medical fitness.


12. Photos, Videos, Broadcast, and Media Rights

During KCL trials, matches, events, ceremonies, and related activities, photos and videos may be captured by the official media team, broadcast team, photographers, videographers, sponsors, partners, or authorized representatives.

By participating in KCL, the player and parent/guardian consent to the use of such photos/videos for:

13. Communication

KCL may communicate with users through:

Users are responsible for providing correct contact details. KCL will not be responsible for missed communication due to incorrect mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, or failure to check official updates.

Users agree not to misuse the website or its services.

KCL reserves the right to restrict access or take action against misuse.


15. Intellectual Property

All KCL names, logos, graphics, designs, content, website material, promotional creatives, match graphics, videos, photos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to KCL/LeagueCraft Sports Management.

Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or misuse any KCL content without prior written permission.


16. Sponsors, Partners, and Third-Party Services

KCL may work with sponsors, partners, payment gateways, technology providers, media partners, venues, team owners, and service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. KCL is not responsible for third-party platform issues, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, external website content, or third-party service failures.


17. Changes to League/Event Format

KCL reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or restructure any trial, match, team, venue, fixture, event format, registration process, selection process, or league activity due to operational, technical, legal, weather, safety, permission, or management reasons.

KCL’s decision in such matters will be final.


18. Limitation of Liability

KCL and LeagueCraft Sports Management will not be liable for:

KCL’s liability, if any, will be limited to the registration fee paid by the user, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.


19. Privacy

Use of personal information will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

By registering, the user and parent/guardian agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.


20. Updates to Terms & Conditions

KCL may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.


21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from KCL registration, payment, website usage, trial participation, or related services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
