This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how registration confirmation and related services are delivered for Kids Cricket League (“KCL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), managed by LeagueCraft Sports Management.

By registering on our website or making a payment, you agree to this Delivery & Shipping Policy.

1. Nature of Service

Kids Cricket League registration is a virtual registration service for cricket trials, league participation, player registration, event updates, and related communication.

We do not sell or ship any physical product through this website unless specifically mentioned on a separate product or offer page.

2. No Physical Shipping

No physical product, parcel, kit, merchandise, or document will be shipped to the customer as part of standard KCL registration.

Therefore:

No courier delivery is applicable.
No shipping charges are applicable.
No physical delivery timeline is applicable.
No tracking ID or courier partner details will be provided for standard registration.

3. Digital Delivery of Registration Confirmation

After successful payment and submission of registration details, registration confirmation may be delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:

Website confirmation page
Registered email address
WhatsApp message
SMS
Phone call from KCL Helpdesk
Player dashboard/account area, if available

The user is responsible for providing correct mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email address during registration.

4. Delivery Timeline

In most cases, digital registration confirmation is generated immediately or within a short time after successful payment.

However, in some cases, confirmation may take up to 24–48 working hours, especially if:

Payment status is pending
Payment confirmation is delayed by the payment gateway
User details require manual verification
Duplicate or incomplete registration details are found
There is a technical issue with the website, payment gateway, email, SMS, or WhatsApp communication

5. Payment Successful but Confirmation Not Received

If your payment has been deducted but you have not received registration confirmation, please contact KCL Helpdesk with the following details:

Player name
Parent/guardian name
Registered mobile number
Registered email address
Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID
Payment screenshot
Date and time of payment

Our team will verify the payment and registration status and respond within 24–48 working hours.

6. Trial, Venue, and Event Communication

Trial date, reporting time, venue details, document requirements, selection updates, and other event-related communication may be shared digitally through website updates, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or official social media channels.

Participants and parents/guardians are advised to regularly check official communication channels for updates.

7. Incorrect Contact Details

KCL will not be responsible for missed registration confirmation or event updates due to incorrect mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, or other incorrect information submitted by the user.

If you have entered incorrect details, please contact Helpdesk as soon as possible for correction.

8. Physical Kit, Jersey, Merchandise, or Documents

If KCL separately offers any physical kit, jersey, merchandise, certificate, document, or other physical item in the future, the delivery terms, charges, and timeline for such item will be mentioned separately on the respective page or communicated by the KCL team.

Standard registration does not include physical shipping unless clearly stated.
